What counts towards the candidate allowance?
Starting a reference request counts that candidate towards your allowance. Multiple referees for the same candidate do not each use another candidate place. Saving a candidate profile alone does not use the reference-check allowance.
When does the monthly allowance reset?
Monthly candidate allowances reset at the start of each calendar month in South African time. The free plan covers three candidates in total and does not reset each month.
What happens when we reach the allowance?
Existing checks can still be completed. You will need available capacity to start a check for another candidate. Review your plan in Workspace setup and billing; paid plan changes require cancellation of the current renewal and selection of the next plan after the paid period ends.
Will starting free charge my card later?
No card is required for the free plan. A paid subscription starts only when you choose a paid plan and complete its checkout. Paid plans renew monthly until cancelled.
Which plans include CV-assisted onboarding?
Pro Agency and Scaling Team include CV extraction, details for candidate review and branded PDF/DOCX profiles, with separate monthly CV allowances shown above. Enterprise includes an agreed CV allowance. Basic candidate registration and consent are included in every plan.
What uses a CV allowance?
A successful extraction uses one CV place in the month processing starts, in South African time. Failed processing does not use a place. Reviewing the extracted details or generating another PDF/DOCX does not use another place. Reusing an already processed copy of the same file does not require another extraction; a changed CV may use a new place. CV and reference-check allowances are separate and do not roll over.
Which plans include work style assessments?
Scaling Team and Enterprise. Candidates answer 28 short statements in about six minutes, and your team sees a work style profile to guide interview and onboarding conversations. It is a development aid, not a selection instrument, so use it alongside references and interviews rather than to screen candidates out.
